By parking your vehicle in a private car park, you descend a few steps to arrive on the main terrace where the panorama will welcome you before entering the 1st part composed of 1 bedroom, open kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, separate toilet, living room overlooking on a large terrace with outdoor table, plancha & loggia lounge, then continuing below, a few steps, you will arrive at the second part consisting of 2 bedrooms and 1 living room with bed, shower room wc, a little higher you access a large bedroom with private bathroom, a few steps further down you will find the pool terrace with its bar / BBQ or the deckchairs will allow you to relax facing the view of the 34,000 m2 of scrub, planted with cork oaks and olive trees, of the property & the Corsican coast. the 4 bedrooms are equipped for your comfort & air-conditioned (bed 180x200 or 90x200 according to your request and the living room with sleeping a sofa bed 140 x 195, bed and bath linen provided) for your well-being overlooking a sea view terrace ( except ch 1).

amazing
We spent an amazing week here. Pascal was immediately helpful with any questions. The views are breathtaking, and the surrounding nature very beautiful. The garden itself is also very beautiful, full of different plants and an impressive pond. Extremely well equipped accommodation. Very large overall area. We barbecued at the pool, as well as on the main terrace. Nearby beaches are stunning. L'Ondella, one of nearest restaurants, was excellent. We hope we will return! Thank you Pascal!
excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison qui est composée de plusieurs parties indépendantes. Ce logement est dans un environnement paisible en plein maquis corse et la vue est magnifique. La maison est très bien équipée avec un souci du détail pour chaque pièce avec un jardin bien entretenu. L’accueil a été également très agréable et Pascal très à l’écoute et réactif à nos demandes.
Excellente semaine
La maison, ses équipements, sa piscine, sa vue, tout est parfait. Nous avons passé excellente une semaine en famille. La piscine est l'une des plus agreable (grande et douce car filtre à sel) avec une vue géniale sur la baie de Santa giulia. L'ensemble de la prestation est top. Merci Pascal!!
Location paradisiaque sur l'île de beauté
J'ai tardé avant d'écrire cet avis... mais je ne voulais pas manquer de le faire, tant cette location a comblé nos attentes ! La maison est exceptionnellement située, au calme dans le maquis surplombant la région de Porto-Vecchio et les plages parmi les plus belles de Corse. Tout le confort est offert et il est difficile de trouver quelque chose qui manque dans son aménagement. Les chambres sont coquettes, confortables et grandes. Les espaces communs sont pourvus de tout le confort moderne et très bien agencés. Les (oui "les") terrasses offrent une vue magnifique, tout comme l'espace piscine (à débordement) où j'adorais m'accouder au rebord face au paysage. La location correspondait parfaitement aux photos, voire même mieux. L'émerveillement de notre famille à l'arrivée et pendant tout le séjour a fait plaisir à voir. La propriété convenait parfaitement à notre famille: couple de grands-parents et couple de parents avec deux enfants... du sur-mesure ! Enfin, la gentillesse, la disponibilité et les attentions du propriétaire et de son partenaire sur place ont été très appréciés. Un bémol ? Allez, en cherchant bien... les moustiques ! mais ça, personne n'y peut rien et il faut faire avec... comme le soleil et le chant des cigales. Bref, un vrai bonheur et un souvenir marquant, un an après, qui donne envie d'y retourner si l'occasion se présente. Maison très confortable avec vue imprenable
Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette belle maison dans laquelle on se sent vraiment très bien. Nous souhaitons y retourner au plus vite. Quiétude, sérénité dans cette maison parfaite pour une famille. Emplacement idéal à mi-distance entre Porto Vecchio et Bonifacio. Proximité mer et montagne.Vue magique. Extérieurs très agréables : piscine, plancha... Sans parler du propriétaire qui est charmant et disponible. Très bon accueil de sa part. Nous recommandons vivement. Splendid house with a spectacular view and close to the beach

Exceptionnel
Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux en famille avec notre chien. Cette location est unique de par sa splendide vue. Nous n'avons manqué de rien et Pascal notre hôte a toujours été de très bon conseils et disponible en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons cette location qui est idéal en famille.
